A Powerhouse Partnership for Working Familes

This center is the result of a deeply collaborative vision to build a more equitable, accessible Seattle. We are incredibly proud to partner with Community Roots Housing and the City of Seattle Human Services Department to bring this project to life.

By placing our new early learning center on the ground floor of the Copperleaf Northgate affordable housing complex – located directly at the Northgate Transit Center – we are bringing high-quality childcare directly to where working families live and travel.

True Transit-Oriented Development: Parents can drop off their children and immediately step onto the Link Light Rail or a bus, saving precious time in their daily commutes.

Deeply Rooted in Equity: Co-locating with Community Roots Housing allows us to serve families in a vibrant, supportive, affordable housing community.

Supported by Our City: Funding and support from the Seattle Human Services Department make it possible to build out a premier, state-of-the-art space designed specifically for early childhood education.
