At Kids Co. we create safe spaces that inspire wonder, curiosity and play. We have been providing licensed child care services for families since 1989 and are an anchor for each of the communities we serve. Kids Co. started with one center in Ballard and now has locations throughout Seattle.

Our mission is to provide and advocate for affordable quality child care that enriches and nurtures all children, supporting their success in school and throughout life.

Our Impact
Along with the outstanding child care at Kids Co. programs, we advocate for quality and affordable child care at local, county, state, and national levels. Child care is the foundation of our economy and helps families and communities thrive. Our impact is evident in the big smiles and the kids who don’t want to leave summer camp to go on their family vacation. Success can be seen in the creative spark ignited when a child is challenged and in the “aha” moment when that tricky concept finally clicks during a science experiment. We believe our impact is best expressed through the words of our kids and families.
