Kids and parents alike can join accessible, family-friendly movement sessions led by local wellness leader Adaeze Medani.
⚽ Sports Skills and Drills Clinics
If your child loves to run, throw, or kick, they’ll enjoy the pop-up sports clinics scattered throughout the day. Led by community coaches, these activities focus on teamwork, coordination, and confidence building through fun, structured play.

One of the highlights of the day is the 4th Annual Skate to Freedom Party, joyous, open-air skating celebration right in the park. Whether your child is lacing up skates for the first time or already cruising, this event is about joy, rhythm, and community. Skates are provided (or bring your own), and all ages are welcome.

Stroll through Legacy Hall transformed into a vibrant showcase of work by local Black artists. This space will inspire older children and teens while offering younger kids the opportunity to engage with art and storytelling through visual expression.
