Maximize your Donation with your Employer's Matching Gift

Don't miss out on the chance to have your donation to Kids Co. matched by your employer. Many businesses, both large and small, offer charitable gift matching programs to their employees. In fact, these programs are often a critical part of a company's efforts to support the community in which it does business.

Check with your human resources department to see if your company administers a matching gift program. If so, HR should have the forms you'll need to fill out and send along to Kids Co. after a gift is made. You can also learn about any restrictions or limitations. For example, an employer may match gifts made to human services organizations, but not environmental organizations.

Many employers will match your gift dollar-for- dollar, so it is certainly worth the effort to fill out and submit your forms! Generally, any cash gift will be eligible for the employer match, whether you make it online at www.kidscompany.org, through the mail, or in person at an event.
