The following positions are currently open:

On-Call Substitute (year-round, all centers)

Kids Co. is actively seeking well-qualified, experienced candidates for its on-call substitute pool for the positions of school-age counselor, assistant teacher, and preschool teacher. Shift hours vary by and may be up to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Compensation is at the same hourly rate as regular employees with comparable years of experience and education. Salary rates range from $10 to $16.26 per hour.

Substitutes are considered for full-time positions as they come available. Experience working with groups of children in a center setting is preferred. A Washington State background check, First Aid/CPR and TB test are required. Those who are interested are encouraged to contact centers directly about availability and complete an application form.
